Burn For Me
Enjoyed the Phoenix and other paranormal people but went with the three stars because I'm not an action book fan. There was a lot to like in the novel, but I had to skim passed a lot of explosions and gun fights. If you like your paranormal erotic romances with action, you will like this book.
I Wear the Black Hat: Grappling with Villains (Real and Imagined)
Interesting concept. Unfortunately I'm insufficiently familiar with popular culture to understand the MANY sports and pop music examples. If you are more pop culture aware than me (admittedly not a difficult feat) you may get more out of the book.

If you like action movies you will like this book. The book features many fight scenes and political intrigue. Not my thing, thus the three stars.
Scandalized by a Scoundrel - An All's Fair in Love Novella
Loved this novella! I laughed aloud at the dialogue and cheered at the resolution. I also learned some new self-defense moves. Thank you Erin for another excellent read!
Elephantmen Volume 1: Wounded Animals: Wounded Animals v. 1
Frickin' awesome. Good art, with dark stories tackling human rights, racism, xenophobia, treatment of veterans. Great stories. While mostly taking place in the future. This one also had a rocking pirate adventure. Do yourself a favor and read it.

Glad I read this. Even though the ending had me in tears, I definitely recommend it.
